Important Program Notice
The following exchange and upgrade offers apply exclusively to existing Dockmate hardware and are only valid when purchasing a new Dockmate Positioning System (DPS). While upgrades may include discounted or complimentary items, the DPS feature itself is always a paid upgrade and must be purchased separately.
 
Exchange Offer - Dockmate Rev.G+ (X1 Port)
Customers with Dockmate Rev.G+ receivers qualify for a straightforward exchange program at zero exchange cost, regardless of system age. If a customer upgrades related vessel systems (example: on/off thrusters to proportional thrusters), the related Dockmate upgrade components must still be purchased at full price.

• Receiver and all internal modules/interfaces are exchanged.

• Existing remote is retained and not exchanged.

• Cables are generally retained unless inspection determines replacement is required.

 
Upgrade Offer - Dockmate Rev.G
Customers with Dockmate Rev.G systems qualify for a retail discount of $5,000 toward a new DPS V2-ready Dockmate system. This offer requires:

• Return of the old Dockmate system.

• Purchase of a new Dockmate Positioning System (DPS).

• Receiver and all modules/interfaces are exchanged.

• Remote is exchanged.

• Cables are generally retained unless replacement is required.

 
Upgrade Offer - Dockmate Rev.D
Customers with Dockmate Rev.D systems qualify for a retail discount of $3,500 through the Dockmate upgrade program. This offer applies only when the complete old Dockmate system, including cables, is returned and a new Dockmate Positioning System is purchased.

• Complete new kit provided (receiver, remote, cables, charger, etc.).

• Installer expected to install all supplied parts from the new system.

• Third-party components are not included in the exchange and remain onboard.
